2. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use the Service to:

Illegal or Unlawful Content

• Create or distribute content that violates any law, regulation, or court order.

• Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties, including unlicensed use of film, music, or likenesses.
  

Harmful or Deceptive Media

• Generate deepfakes or synthetic content of real individuals without explicit, documented consent.

• Produce content intended to mislead viewers into believing AI-generated material is authentic documentary, news, or archival footage without clear disclosure.

• Disseminate content that promotes violence, hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
  

Privacy and Safety Violations

• Use the Service to process, distribute, or manipulate personal data without authorization.

• Generate explicit, adult, or sexual content featuring real people without documented consent.
  

Unauthorized Commercial Exploitation

• Use MovieFlo.AI to create unauthorized advertising, endorsements, or representations of brands, products, or individuals.

• Sublicense, resell, or make the Service available to third parties in violation of the Terms of Service.

3. Restricted Industries

The Service may NOT be used for:

• Political Campaigning: Creating synthetic content to support or attack candidates, parties, or policies.

• Misinformation/Disinformation: Producing content designed to intentionally mislead the public in contexts such as news, health, or safety.

• Military or Weapons Development: Generating content for use in weapons systems, targeting, or combat operations.

• Biometric or Surveillance Systems: Using AI-generated content to impersonate individuals in authentication, surveillance, or identification systems.

• Sensitive Sectors: Any application in nuclear technology, critical infrastructure sabotage, or other high-risk environments prohibited by law.
  

4. Content Ownership and Licensing

• Your Content: You retain all rights to content you upload to the Service, subject to licenses granted under the Terms of Service.

• AI-Generated Content: Mojoverse Inc. grants you a license to use AI-generated content you create through the Service, except where restricted by law or third-party rights.

• Attribution: You must follow all required disclosure and attribution guidelines when publishing AI-generated media. Certain use cases (e.g., commercial distribution, advertising) may require clear labeling of AI-generated content.

5. Enforcement

Mojoverse Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy. Content flagged for violations may be reviewed, removed, or referred to authorities where required. Repeat or severe violations may result in permanent bans

8. Changes to this Policy

Mojoverse Inc. may update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use of MovieFlo.AI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
