This Use Policy (“Policy”) governs access to and use of MovieFlo.AI (the “Service”) operated by Mojoverse Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations.

We are committed to enabling creators, studios, and fans to explore AI-powered storytelling while ensuring safety, compliance, and respect for intellectual property.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service to:

• Create original cinematic content, including AI-generated scenes, scripts, voiceovers, music, and effects.

• Remix or enhance your own media assets using MovieFlo.AI tools.

• Collaborate with AI-driven characters and voice actors to prototype or produce content for entertainment, education, research, and commercial purposes.

• Share and distribute AI-generated content that complies with all intellectual property, publicity, and privacy laws.

2. Prohibited Use

To ensure the safety of our infrastructure and the public, you may NOT use the Service for the following:

A. Illegal, Dangerous, or Exploitative Content

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Generating, promoting, or distributing content that depicts, promotes, or normalizes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children. We report all such content to the NCMEC and law enforcement.

• Self-Harm and Suicide: Facilitating or encouraging self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or other acts of self-destruction.

• Illegal Acts & Regulated Goods: Providing instructions for synthesizing or accessing illegal substances, weapons, explosives, or strictly regulated goods.

• Violent Extremism: Facilitating terrorism or violent extremism, or promoting illegal acts of violence against individuals or groups.

B. System Integrity and Security (New)

• Jailbreaking & Adversarial Use: Attempting to bypass, override, or circumvent safety filters, guardrails, or abuse protections employed by the Service ("prompt injection").

• Malware & Spam: Generating content that facilitates spam, phishing, or malware, or using the Service to disrupt, abuse, or interfere with Mojoverse Inc.’s or third-party infrastructure (e.g., automated botting or DDoS attacks).

C. Harmful, Deceptive, or Non-Consensual Media

• Deepfakes & Non-Consensual Imagery: Generating synthetic content of real individuals (living or deceased) without explicit, documented consent, particularly for sexual, defamatory, or political purposes.

• Misrepresentation of Provenance: Misrepresenting the origin of generated content by claiming it was created solely by a human to deceive others, or removing watermarks/metadata indicating AI origin.

• Harassment & Hate Speech: Disseminating content that promotes violence, harassment, bullying, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.
  

D. Intellectual Property & Privacy

• Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

• Using the Service to track, monitor, or process the personal data or biometrics of individuals without authorization (Doxing).

3. Contextual Exceptions (New)

We recognize that storytelling often explores difficult or dark themes. Mojoverse Inc. may make exceptions to the prohibitions on Violence and Hate Speech (Section 2.C) solely where the content is clearly intended for:

• Artistic, Educational, Documentary, or Scientific purposes.

Note: This exception does NOT apply to CSAM, Non-Consensual Sexual Imagery (NCII), Real-World Harassment, or Misinformation designed to interfere with civic processes.

4. Restricted Industries & High-Risk Domains

The Service is designed for entertainment and storytelling. It may NOT be used for:

• High-Stakes Automated Decision Making: Making automated decisions that have a material detrimental impact on individual rights without human supervision in high-risk domains, including employment, healthcare, finance, legal, housing, or insurance.

• Political Campaigning: Creating synthetic content to support or attack candidates, parties, or policies, or to interfere with democratic processes.

• Misinformation/Disinformation: Producing content designed to intentionally mislead the public in contexts such as news, public health, or safety.

• Military or Weapons Development: Generating content for use in weapons systems, targeting, or combat operations.

5. Content Ownership and Licensing

• Your Content: You retain all rights to content you upload to the Service, subject to licenses granted under the Terms of Service.

• AI-Generated Content: Mojoverse Inc. grants you a license to use AI-generated content you create through the Service, except where restricted by law or third-party rights.

• Attribution: You must follow all required disclosure and attribution guidelines when publishing AI-generated media. Commercial distribution may require clear labeling of AI-generated content depending on local jurisdiction.

6. Enforcement

Mojoverse Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy. Content flagged for violations may be reviewed, removed, or referred to authorities where required.

• Zero Tolerance: Violations regarding CSAM, critical infrastructure attacks, or non-consensual sexual imagery will result in an immediate, permanent ban and report to law enforcement.

8. Disclaimer

AI-generated content is created using machine learning models that may produce inaccurate, offensive, or unintended outputs ("hallucinations"). You are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring all content generated via MovieFlo.AI complies with applicable law and this Policy before distribution. Mojoverse Inc. disclaims any liability for misuse of the Service or outputs.

9. Changes to this Policy

Mojoverse Inc. may update this Policy at any time to reflect changes in law or technology. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use of MovieFlo.AI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
